To change it up from those ordinary old grad announcements
I wanted to create some graduation announcements that would stand out among the old styles and that would also reflect my personality a lithe bit! The bottom portion is perforated and half of it has my contact information so people can keep in touch (or call me with a design job and the other half has space where people can offer advice. I figure upon entering the “real world” it would be helpful to have some wisdom under my belt. Overall it was a fun project and offered a great break from my Senior Project.

This brief was from Health Promotion Resources to make a calendar that appeals to a broad client base under the heading of ‘Health and Safety in the workforce’. The approach was to make four A2 posters in an info-graphical style focusing on stress, sleep, diet and UV-exposure, informing about statistics, dangers and the precautions that should be taken. Conceptual website design for a fictional not for profit, fundraising organization named the spotted owl society or (SOS). My design is highly illustrative with large information graphics about the threatened state of the spotted owl population. The sites mood is rather bleak, yet as more money is donated and more owls and owl habitats are saved the site would get brighter, the trees would have more color to them and there would be more owls in the sky. An annual calendar designed for HPR. This particular company specializes itself in healthy communication and work safety design solutions to organizations across Australia and New Zealand. The intention is to create a fun calendar design that promotes safety and wellness in workplace and everyday life.
